With your leg bent at the knee, such as sitting in a chair, measure the length of your lower leg from inside nder your thigh to the top of your ankle (see image).

Our minimum size is 5.0 inches.

Measure around your calf at the widest (largest) area (inches) (see image).

Our minimum size is 4.0 inches.

We also need to know your height, weight, and gender. Make sure you tell us which primary sport you plan to use this product (e.g., football, hockey, soccer, boxing, etc).
